Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, brokers, and clients.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing real estate contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Maintain and update property listings, databases, and client records.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct market research and gather data on property trends and competitor listings.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading marketing materials for real estate listings.
- Manage inquiries and provide information on available properties and services.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the sales team in achieving client satisfaction and closing deals efficiently.
