Job Overview
The IT Assistant will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing automation workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role involves working with automation platforms, system integrations, and workflow mapping tools to develop scalable and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, is comfortable handling complex automation tasks, and demonstrates initiative, effective communication, and leadership potential.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in IT, Computer Science, or related filed
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Can handle very complex automation tasks with multiple systems and integration
- Experience or interest in tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), etc.
- Comfortable using Miro for designing workflow logic
- Knowledgeable in: JavaScript (function nodes & scripting logic) JSON (data structures and API formats) SQL (for querying databases) HTML(basic formatting)
- Hosting environments and Docker (for self-hosted automation platforms like n8n)
- Good communicator, organized, and self-driven
- Leadership potential is a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Continue and improve existing automation workflows
- Design, build, and manage automations using n8n or similar platforms
- Translate processes into clear logic maps and flowcharts using Miro
- Solve problems and build scalable solutions for custom workflows and integrations
- Communicate clearly with team members
- Take initiative and show leadership potential
