Qualifications
- Currently taking a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in HR, recruitment, admin, or business development
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Has the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Initiative and shows willingness to learn across different function
- Must have the ability to work well in a team and manage stasks within deadlines
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in initial screening and scheduling of interviews
- Help prepare endorsement letters, job offers, and recruitment materials
- HR & Employee Relations
- Assist in preparing HR documentation (NTEs, notices, contracts, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee records and case tracking
- Support HR team in investigations, incident reports, and compliance monitoring
- Administrative Assistance
- Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and report generation
- Manage office organization tasks such as record keeping and scheduling
- Assist with errands and coordination of office supplies and logistics
- Business Development Support
- Conduct basic research on prospective partners and business opportunities
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and outreach materials for client engagement
- Support follow-ups and coordination with leads under supervision of the management
- Provide general assistance in projects and initiatives as needed
