HR Admin Assistant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR software and labor laws is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Process payroll-related documents and employee benefits
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and scheduling meetings
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs
